Hello! 

I've lived in Portland, Maine for about two years. As I got to know the area, I was delighted to find that banh mi sandwiches are available at many local restaurants. I decided to start this blog to document the different banh mis that I try. I won't be rating or ranking the sandwiches - I've never had a banh mi I didn't like, and I'm far from an expert on food. This blog will simply catalogue the different sandwiches I try and hopefully serve as a resource for anyone looking to try a banh mi in the Portland area.
